I provide digital services including website development, landing pages, ecommerce, SEO, online advertising, automation, and technical consulting.

The exact scope, deliverables, and conditions of every engagement are defined in a separate offer, proposal, or agreement confirmed before work begins.

Prices, timelines, and deliverables are agreed individually for each project based on its scope and complexity.

Changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and timeline and are handled as separate additions to the original agreement.

Payment terms, including any advance payment and milestones, are defined in the project agreement before work starts.

Delivery of final files, deployment, or transfer of access may depend on completion of the agreed payments.

You agree to provide accurate information, required materials, timely feedback, and any access needed to complete the work.

You are responsible for the legality and rights of any content, media, or data you provide for use in a project.

The number of included revisions and the estimated timeline are defined per project. Delays in feedback or materials may shift agreed dates.

Reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope are part of the work; substantial new requirements are quoted separately.

Upon full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project.

Third-party components, libraries, licenses, fonts, and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses. I may reference completed work in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms and services such as hosting, analytics, advertising, payment, and automation tools.

These services are governed by their own terms, and I am not responsible for their availability, changes, or policies.

Services are provided with professional care, but no specific business result, ranking, traffic, or revenue is guaranteed, as these depend on many external factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded.

Information shared for a project is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services, unless it is already public or disclosure is required by law.

Either party may end an engagement as described in the project agreement. Work completed and costs incurred up to termination remain payable.

These terms may be updated when services, tools, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
