Project overview

TalentSearch is a web application that connects candidates and companies and organizes the whole job-search and hiring flow in one place, from posting a vacancy to shortlisting applicants.

The challenge

The client needed a structured product where two very different user roles — job seekers and employers — could work comfortably without a cluttered, confusing interface.

My approach

I mapped both user journeys, built a clean role-based UI, and implemented fast search and filtering on top of a reliable Laravel back-end and REST API.

Client requirements

Separate flows for candidates and companies

Fast vacancy search and filtering

Application management and status tracking

Responsive layout for mobile and desktop

How the work went

01

Discovery

Clarifying business goals, audience, and requirements before touching design.

02

Design & prototyping

Structuring pages, UX flow, and a clean visual system aligned with the brand.

03

Development

Building a fast, responsive, and maintainable front-end with the needed integrations.

04

Launch & support

Testing, deployment, analytics setup, and iterating after go-live.

Results

  • A clear, role-based interface for both audiences
  • Faster job search thanks to structured filters
  • A scalable base ready for new hiring features
